The movement of passengers has stopped at the Railway Station after the train operations suspended due to Coronavirus outbreak in India. After that, On Monday West Central Railway has also taken a major decision. West Central Railway GM Shailendra Singh has issued orders to work from home. However, the order does not include the operations department of Bhopal and Kota, including Jabalpur Division.
In view of the operation of the goods train, the GM of West Central Railway has ordered all other railway personnel to work from home except the operations department. This order will remain in force till 31 March. The order states that railway officers working from home should be in touch with their Senior Officials. The West Central Rail Mazdoor Sangh had written a letter to the Chief Personnel Officer, asking the railway employees to work from home.

The railway has issued orders to railway employees to work from home except the Loco Pilot and operational departement Officials. In order, the employees of all Commercial, SNT, CNW, Engineering, Accounts departments of Jabalpur, Bhopal and Kota Division have to work from their home through Online on WhatsApp.
