Indian Railways to Upgrade Interiors of First AC Coach Like Five Star Hotel Rooms. Railways will modify their Old  Conventional ICF Coaches to look attractive. The Toilet will be equipped with Sensor and the Seats will made more comfortable.

The beautification of the gallery will be enhanced by the Painting. Northern Railways Lucknow Division Administration is changing the interior design of the AC First Coach of Begampura Express running between Varanasi to Jammu Tawi. This is Pilot based Project and the first coach will be ready by December 3.
The Northern Railways Lucknow Division Administration had studied the interiors of several hotel rooms. After that, Mechanical Section designed the decoration of every coupe of AC First Coach of Begampura Express. Based on the theme, the gallery and coupe will have attractive paintings, which will be changed from time to time.
The colors of the carpet will be also change according to the theme. There will be colored curtains of the coupe and interior of the cabin. The wash basin will be
equipped with sensors. There will be also a modern shower for bathing in the toilet. The toilet will have wooden ceiling and fancy lighting. There will be a display board above the seat. In which the information about the emptying of the toilet of the western and Indian system of the coach will be displayed. The toilet is designed from epoxy material, which will not cause waterlogging in the toilet.
In fact, Railways had earlier started the work to Upgrade Conventional ICF Coaches under Project Utkrisht. The Lucknow - Chandigarh Express, Faizabad - Delhi and Padmavat Express were renovated under this project. In the same year, the interior decoration of AC First Coach of Kashi Vishwanath Express was done by 2.5 Lakh rupees Budget. Now the Interior of AC First Coach of Begampura Express will be better than the Utkrisht Project. It will cost about 4 lakh rupees.
